Plants are the Producer in this particular ecosystem. They photosynthesise to produce glucose which is then consumed by other animals for energy. Savannah Grass is the main plant.
First Order Consumer
These animals are herbivores so they only eat the producers. They consist of animals like Giraffes, Elephants, Zebras, Gazelles etc. They are usually non-aggressive and live in numbers.
Second Order Consumer
These animals are mainly carnivores but may occasionally eat producers. They eat the First Order Consumers such as Zebras and Gazelles. Most of them are dangerous and aggressive. Examples include Lions, Hyenas, Cheetahs and Wild Dogs.
